Diana joined the team at Austen Jones Solicitors in May 2026. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, she practised for over 30 years as a barrister in Hong Kong, with experience across civil, commercial, criminal, family and regulatory matters.
Now based in the UK, Diana’s extensive advocacy and tribunal experience in Hong Kong means she is able to offer a strong cross‑border perspective to the areas of private client, contentious probate, trusts, commercial litigation and ADR matters within England and Wales.
Her current practice focuses on tax litigation, commercial and contractual claims, land and property matters and court advocacy.
